Consulting and coaching with owners and top managers of a company is a very sensitive business. In fact, you spend all your time cooperating with and advising highly accomplished, highly intelligent individuals who have already achieved most of their life successes. This is not just about helping (consulting and advising) to overcome some business obstacles. My job as an expert in this field is simply to remind those people once again of things that they somehow already know (although they do not use them in practice).
So, my job is to remind them, and for two main reasons: firstly, to put their great management knowledge into practice faster and more effectively, and secondly, to find the most optimal way to connect their colleagues and external associates using fast intuitive managerial decision-making into one successful work team gathered around a common goal.
During my consulting or workshops, we are happy to learn together and accomplish one victory after another.
