Biography
Sinisa I. Minardi was born in Zajecar, Serbia. He graduated from the Department of Psychology and Pedagogics - Andragogy, University of Belgrade. He also completed a course in traditional pantomime at Andres Valdes School in Ljubljana (Slovenia). He is currently completing his research work on his doctoral studies on the topic: Training and the role of intuition in making successful managerial decisions. He has lived in Serbia and Italy and now lives in Slovenia. He travels a lot (Norway, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Russia, Kazakhstan, India, etc.).
He is primarily engaged in the field of social sciences and art, especially in the field of psychology (growth and maturation of personality, life coaching, interpersonal communication in business relations). As a master of pantomime, he worked as an actor, director and teacher. As a writer, he has published four fine literature books (he is a member of the Serbian Writers' Association) and has written as a publicist for many magazines. He also worked as a songwriter for the Slovenian national TV and taught creative writing. He is also experienced as a cultural manager (organizer of LIFA - Ljubljana International Pantomime Festival, etc.).
He has exhibited art photographs at many solo exhibitions in Slovenia, Serbia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkey.
He also worked as a psychotherapist in clinics, applying the methods of motivational psychology with patients undergoing postoperative recovery (from major surgeries). He is also active in business psychology in senior management.
In 2017, he founded an institute for business psychology education called the Inspiration Institute & Center for Psychology of Business Education, which he runs. (IICPBE - 2017).
He is actively involved in scientific research of individual and general time perception, as well as in joint research projects with colleagues from several European cities.
With his master class lectures, he participates in international congresses and expert symposiums on various current topics, such as:
