Emotional intelligence and intuition, with their mechanisms of functioning, are important means of solving business tasks. After a rational business analysis has been carried out, being able to listen to the wisdom of your "inner voice" can be of great benefit to you. We need to familiarize ourselves with the conditions that are needed to most effectively combine a rational and irrational decision-making method into one unified way of thinking, whether we talk about managing people in a business context or about strategic decision-making.
We use three professional educational methods in work: the Initiation method, the Glesh method and the Kori effect, which deals with the development of basic and special mental traits of managers.
